Gluten-Free Care Package Program

The Gluten-Free Care Package is a basket of gluten-free resources, including a gluten-free food guide, support group information and food samples to instruct patients on the gluten-free diet.
Since the founding of the program in 2001, we have distributed thousands of Gluten-Free Care Packages to newly diagnosed patients with celiac disease, all over the country.

Gluten Free Vanilla Granola Udi's

Let me just say I have been so afraid to try granola, due to the oats in them.  This is made with certified gluten free oats, since I had the sample I decided to give them a try.

I poured them in some milk for a late night snack, and they were good, they had a great crunch, and a strong vanilla flavor.  This would also be awesome on ice cream or in your yogurt. 
They also make an Original, Cranberry, and an Au Naturel granola. Gluten, Soy, and Dairy free.

Wellaby's Classic Cheese Crackers

I opened up this sample box today, and they look like gourmet crackers.  These are thick and great for putting cheese or any other topping on.  They are crisp and delicious, just a hint of cheese, not too cheesy.  It is so nice to have a gluten free cheese cracker again this is enjoyable.  Great for the whole family, so if you don't want to share, hide them:)

These are also MSG and GMO free, 0 grams trans fat.  They also pack 4g of protein per serving.

Shabtia Gourmet Brownie Bites

These are delicious bite size brownies.  I had froze these upon arrival to try at a later date.  I thawed a few out to try to today, and they were just as delicious as made that same day brownies.  They tasted fresh and were so moist.  Perfect snack for on the go.  These would also be great warmed up in the microwave, with some whipped cream or ice cream. Or great by themself with some milk.  They come in little cupcake liners.

Amy's Enchilda Black Bean Meal

I decided to give this meal a try, it is Dairy and Gluten Free.  I had a coupon, normally it is 4.99.  It is a nice size  meal for lunch.  Very tasty, and it isn't too spicey.  It does contain soy.  A nice quick meal for at work or for lunchtime.

Organic corn tortilla filled with organic black beans and vegetables and covered with a traditional Mexican sauce. Spanish rice and pinto beans on the side. Non-dairy/gluten free/no cholesterol. Only 8 grams of fat per 10 oz. serving.

Udi's Pizza Crust

It is so great to have pizza crust available when you are gluten free.  I got some to try from the folks at Udi's. I decided to try cheese and broccoli on it.  A tip they gave me was to cook it a bit on both sides before putting the toppings on, great tip!  It had more flavor than any other crust I have tried, and held together very nicely, I didn't have to use a fork with this pizza like I do with others.  I could actually pick it up.
