Betty Crocker's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Betty Crocker now has a whole line of gluten free products.  Including cookies, cakes, and brownies.

I picked up the box of the chocolate chip ones right away.  Let's just say my whole family loves them, you cannot tell these are gluten free.  They cost a bit more than the regular kind, but they are worth it.  Pick up a box today, oh and hide them for yourself.  I also froze some in the freezer to have at a later time. I can't wait to try the other varieties also.

Molly's Gluten Free Bakery

Molly's is located in Pewaukee, and is well worth the trip!  http://http://www.mollysglutenfreebakery.com/

I heard about it through friends and decided to venture out there.  I was in heaven, there were samples out for everyone to try, which got me hooked.  They have a wide variety of baked good, breads, and now even frozen Pizzas.

It is suggested that you call ahead with your order, you can look at the menu online and call it in a few days ahead of time.  They will also make birthday cakes.

This is a totally gluten free facility.  I suggest the mexican wedding cakes, bet you can't eat just one..  A plus is The Gluten Free Trading Company has also opened a store next to them.  http://www.food4celiacs.com/  They have a wide variety of items, and do ship out.

Molly's does not ship items out, but I do believe they have a small area they started delivering to, give them a call at PH/Fax (262) 369-1404.

Location is

Great Review for Uno's Chicago Grill

I recently ventured to Uno's Chicago Grill in Menomonee Falls, after hearing of their gluten free menu.  I was so excited to go and get pizza with my family.  Here is a link to the menu, which has many items, including an Herb Grilled Salmon!  http://www.unos.com/kiosk/nutrition/gluten.html

As soon as I arrived I asked for a gluten free menu, and it was available right away.  It had everything on it from appetizers, salads, meals and desserts you can have.

It took a bit longer for the pizza to be made, but that was fine with me.  I was pleasantly surprised that it was about the size of a Tombstone pizza, although it was around 10 dollars.  This was a great size, I ordered the Cheese and Tomato.  It was very tasty, but as gluten free pizzas can be, it was also a bit crumbly, so I just ate most of it with a fork.  It was hard not to eat up the whole thing, but I made sure I save a few pieces for lunch the next day.

Enjoy your pizza!! Make sure you sign up online for coupons also.
