This is a great gluten free mayonnaise.

I had the pleasure of sampling the product at a party over the weekend, my brother and I got to use it on our sandwhiches, since everyone else was having subs.  This is gluten and egg free, it is a great substitute for regular mayonnaise and also good for you.  Same texture as regular mayo, great taste, so for all you mayo lovers definetely give this one a try!

gopicnic steak nuggets and cheese ready to eat meal

I was excited to try this cute meal from the great folks at gopicnic.com.  This is a ready to eat meal, great for lunches at work, on the go, hiking, in the car etc.  I am thinking these will be great to take along on my car ride to Florida!

These require no refrigeration, nice for on the road.  I really enjoyed the cheese and crackers, although the cheese got a little runny from the warm weather.  And of course the butter toffee treat was a real bonus!
The package has fun food facts inside, and a sudoku puzzle, great for kids!

These are neat ready to go meals that come in a small container, you can eat this one cold, or warm it up in the microwave in a seperate container.  It comes with a little fork, and some pineapple sauce.  Gluten Free and Ideal for Vegetarians.  This is perfect for your at work lunches, or a quick meal when you are in a hurry.

I chose to warm it up a bit in the microwave, I have to say I was really happy with this meal.  It was very tasty, and the orange sauce was a nice bonus.  They have other ideas to add to it, such as ketchup or salsa, tuna, or even cheese.  I think this would be good served over rice also.  Even a good snack.
