Ok Oreo fans, I have a wonderful cookie for you. It is gluten, dairy, and nut free! My son and I sampled them last night, as you can tell he is a fan. It tasted like an oreo, chocolate cookie with a vanilla filling, so if you are missing Oreos, these are for you. Great for dunking too.

The article on gluten sensitivity is very informative. I wish I had known about it 30 years ago. I had many symptoms mentioned in the article, had countless tests, etc. and after going to a naturopath, learned that I had gluten sensitivy. After cutting gluten out of my diet, my symptoms improved almost completely. Thanks again for the valuable information. I will be forwarding this to many people!
