Enjoy Life Mega Chunks

Enjoy Life recently sent me a sample of these great size chips.  Let me tell you they are great for baking, but also wonderful to eat right out of the bag, yummy !  Hard to believe they are allergen free.  These chips are huge.

ingredients:

Evaporated Cane Juice, Natural Chocolate Liquor (non-Alcoholic), Non-dairy Cocoa Butter
NO TRANS FAT, NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS, VEGAN, KOSHER PAREVE, GLUTEN-FREE, CASEIN-FREE

I decided to make some cookies with them, I got to eat a few before my oldest son decided to eat most of them with his friend.
