MI-DEL Cookie Review and Giveaway!

I was fortunate to try a few kinds of these wonderful gluten free cookies.  My local store carries the Arrowroot Gluten Free cookies, and the Ginger Snap Gluten Free Cookies.  These are both a great snack treat.  The Animal shaped Arrowrooot cookies are great for my toddler, and easy to chew.  The Ginger Snap Cookies are also wonderful for using in pie crusts!

Mi-Del products are all natural and organic.

Gluten Free Panko by Kinnikinnick

Made this for dinner last night with some potatoes.  I used chicken breasts, and followed the recipe on the back of the box.  It came out perfect, even my children and husband enjoyed it.  It was like a larger chicken nugget for the kids.  The coating was a great consistency and taste, came out just right.

Sold in 12.5 ounce packages featuring prominent new Dairy-Free and Nut-Free logos, Kinnikinnick’s Panko Style Bread Crumbs are in health food and traditional grocery stores in both the United States and Canada at an SRP of $4.99. Consumers and retailers can order the new product on the http://www.kinnikinnick.com/ website.

Breakfast Smoothie, MMMMMM

So, I am on a new kick of having a smoothie every morning and I love them.  Here is the recipe I have been using.

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup melon cut up ( I use cantaloupe and musk melon, comes frozen in a bag)

1/2 cup berry mix from costco (rasperry, blueberry, and marionberry)

1 tsp honey

Blend and enjoy!
