Who We Are.
Canyon Bakehouse is a dedicated gluten free bakery located in Loveland, CO. Our mission at Canyon Bakehouse is to create delicious gluten free bakery products the whole family will enjoy!
Our products are made the old-fashioned way along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains in our dedicated Gluten Free Bakehouse. Our unhurried Artisan process and our carefully chosen ingredients give our products the flavor and texture you’ll love!
The breads are simply wonderful! It was as if I wasn't eating gluten free bread, which is hard to find. They are now one of my top favorite breads. I really enjoyed the Mountain White for my sandwhiches, the Cinnamon Raisin for breakfast or a snack, and the hamburger buns for a meal. I have been having a hard time finding gluten free hamburger buns. The bread tasted so fresh, and didn't fall apart when eating.
The products are all natural, Dairy, Nut, Wheat, and Soy free. They are also made in dedicated gluten free facility! They offer San Juan 7-Grain gluten Free Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Gluten Free Bread, Mountain White Gluten Free Bread, Rosemary and Thyme Gluten Free Focaccia, Gluten Free Hamburger Buns, and Cranberry Crunch Gluten Free Muffins. (These have poppy seeds, so you must be a fan to enjoy these)
At Canyon Bakehouse, we are proud of our Nutrition Fact Panels. Besides being some of the best tasting products available, we believe we have some of the healthiest products available!
We believe in using Whole Grains vs refined flours, whenever possible. Our Hamburger Buns are certified 100% Whole Grain by the Whole Grains Council, and we are currently transitioning all of our products to 100% Whole Grain.
