Gillian's Gluten Free Pasta

I tried the gluten free brown rice pasta this weekend by Gillian's.  I added some parmesean cheese and some garlic powder, broccoli, and butter.  These noodles came out great, really good consistency and taste.  They did not fall apart, which is important with gluten free noodles.  These are availabe online at Gluten Free Mall, or check the website for availability.

This medium-size hollow tubular pasta with ridges goes well with any sauce. Use in salads, vegetables and casseroles or make into stir-fry dishes.

Brown rice is the least processed form of rice. It has the bran layer, which gives this pasta a slightly chewier tex-ture, that tan color and the nut-like flavor. Brown rice grains are higher in fiber and nutritional content - oils, Vitamin Bs and important minerals than white rice.

Shelf life: approx 3 years.

Ingredients: Brown rice, rice bran, water.
