Mediterranean Snacks Giveaway and Review!

I was lucky to receive a box of samples from these great folks! This product was on Dr. Oz last week.  They are also kind enough to host a giveaway to one lucky reader, yeah!

The first product I tried was the Rosemary Herb Lentil Crackers










These are a delicious treat anytime of the day for when you need a snack.  They have a slight hint of Rosemary, but ever so slight, you can top them with a light cream cheese or goat cheese, or enjoy them as is.  Great to keep on hand for those cravings. Warning, hard to share this box goes fast.


Next product I tried were the Veggie Medley Chips

These are great, and do not contain any dairy or wheat, just the right crunch, when you crave a chip go for this healthy great tasting, all natural alternative instead.

Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice Cereal Review

I had the pleasure of sampling a box of this cereal this week.

It was wonderful.  It actually made the crackle sound when I poured my milk on it like another popular brand.  I put sliced bananas on with it in the morning and it makes a perfect breakfast treat, I love that it is brown rice and salt as the only ingredients.  That way it is dairy, gluten, soy and corn free.  It is also organic.  They also make a no salt version.

Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice- Gluten Free Cereal

Description

We take whole grains of US grown organic brown rice and blend them with gluten free organic brown rice syrup and sea salt to enhance the natural flavor of the whole grain. Then, we cook the rice and puff it to its crispy best, creating a delicious, gluten free breakfast cereal.

Enjoy by the bowl, sprinkled over yogurt or in your favorite treat recipe.
